Got the Sporty Back Together!!! Me Like!!
Whew!
Just finished putting on my goodies from NRHS. Lots of work and a couple of snags, but worth it!! Dan and the boys at NRHS know their sh t!! Just took it out for the initial ride after the heat cycles and my bike is now a beast! Can't wait for the break in to be over so I can "blow out the carbon" so thanks to NRHS and thanks to the fourm members that gave me so much help. I came back from the ride, and there is a pretty good oil leak somewhere, but that will have to wait for tomorrow. All in all I am very pleased with NRHS, if this was ebay they would get AAAAA+++++

Now all I got to do is find the oil leak, break it in get it dynoed and get the NOS dialed in. I am so happy I could just sh t

Sounds like a winning combination. Congratulations, and here's hoping the oil leak is an easy fix.

well I got the oil leaks figured out. The real gusher was a lower pushrod seal that was not seated right The second leak is a front rocker box leak. I have changed the gaskets twice, still leaks. I must be doing some boneheaded thing over and over(hoping third time is the charm). But man...does it sound mean!! Not so much potato-potato, but a serious rumble!
