Default nightster fender struts?

What are you guys doing with your fender struts when you chop or buy new fenders that are shorter than stock? Do you buy new struts or chop the stockers?

When you say "fender struts", I am assuming you mean the portion of the frame that extends out and supports the fender and the rear turn signals are mounted too. Those are part of the frame....so when they chop their fenders they are also cutting back those struts to match.
