Question Open Primary?

I've very few, I mean only 2, manufactures of open primary's for sportsters. Anyone know of any? Know anyone who used or is using an open primary? I think it would look cool as with a fat tire. The one's I've seen have been pretty pricey, though.

Lightbulb

This has been posted many times before. A search will get you to the existing threads.
Here's an idea;
Get a dry clutch system, another primary cover, butcher it in a workable fashion and there you have it... an open primary unlike any other in the world!!!
Or do the same, only use the existing wet system, carve up the casing and plexiglass the openings cut into it.
Bolt-ons...

Welcome to the forum from the Netherlands !

I looked at both the links you posted and regardless of the looks (matter of taste), I couldn't stop wondering what you could do instead if $ 2500-2700 () where burning a hole in your pockets...

Good luck on whatever you're planning regarding mods on your bike...

A friend from UK came to our rally with such a primary kit :

How does an open primary hold up in inclement weather? Seems like riding in the rain would not be optimal.
