Default still sputtering

I posted a week ago or so about my super e sputtering after idling for a while and thanks everyone for the responses but I still am trying to track it down. I've tried readjusting the idle mix to the lean side (slightly) I've regapped my plugs pulled the enrichener and cleaned it and no progress. I also installed a home made version of "lollipops" thinking that would help. It did give me a better power curve but no improvment on idle. Please help!!!!

You've replaced the magneto with a conventional breaker ignition right? (or am I thinkin of someone else?)
Have you checked your battery voltage at the coil at idle?

origanally had points distributer and changed to electronic ignition. I have not checked the voltage. What should it be and do you know the best method to test it?

Put the volt meter positive lead on the Ignition coil's positive primary terminal and ground the voltmeter negative lead.
With the bike idling you should have at least 12.6 Volts.

Not real too keen on electronic stuff but can we try to narrow it down a bit.
When did this start? Before or after the carb, before or after the electronics? I`m pretty sure this thing ran with the original items from the factory (points or mag) so what has changed to cause the miss? Low voltage or a corroded connection could drop the voltage requried to produce a healthy spark, coil heating up and shorting out, spark plug wires giving up, leaky intake "O" rings.

The bike was a hack job when I got it and I rebuilt most every thing on it. The miss has been there a while and with all the tuning I;ve done it's hard to say when it started.

New plug wires, No intake leaks, Not corroded connections, ect.ect. I'm frazzled!! Maybe the enrichiner is leaking??? The lower i set the idle the worse it seems to be and then clears out in a mile or less.

Did you check the voltage yet?
The generator will increase the voltage above idle. If the voltage is weak at idle it can be contributing to your problem.
When we know that your ignition is working then we can move on to your fuel system.

You initially said that your bike was "loading up" Generally that means it's running rich.
I can't see how a bad O-ring would cause anything but a lean condition...
I'm glad you found the problem though.
