Finished my 1250cc Cyclone Projekt
Hi.
During the last two month,I overhauled my
engine, installed the 1250cc kit, adjustable pushrods with matching covers,Hydro Rev roller rockers and Hydro-Rev hydraulic lifters from Revolution Performance and the 536 SE cams set, valve springs included.
I adjusted the squish areas for both heads between.024-.037".
I measured and set everything else to the necessary clearances.
Yesterday my engine walk up on the second push of the start button.
It sounded healthy and powerful.
Now I'm itching to have a first test ride the next days, depending on the weather conditions.
After the break in and when the conditions, like humidity and temperature will be similar to my last years dyno run,I surely will give it a run
I like to express my gratitude to Mr.Brian Naillin,he was involved in my project by his fast, always qualified and friendly support. An exemplary professional without any airs and graces or arrogance, unlike some german so called "Buell/Sportster popes".
My sincere thanks,Brian
