Smoke rear tail light
Hi,
Just wondering if any of you have a smoke rear tail light? I was thinking of putting one on but I haven't been able to find a picture with the brake light on and I was wondering what it looked like. Is there just the one bulb and does it light up very well?
I was also thinking maybe going with just getting the chrome cover, but in pictures it seems to make the tail light longer.
Or I was thinking of just getting the slanted red one.
What are your thoughts? I would appreciate any comments and pics
Thanks
Tina

I don't have one of it lit, but this is a laydown smoked lens that I got from Drag Specialties. I couldn't find a red bulb at first, so I used a bulb cover. Eventually found the 3157 that I needed for my '05. And I think you are spot on about the chrome cover. I had one at first but trashed it when I went smoked.
Here's the pic:

I have the Kuryakyn low profile LED tailight that I would be willing to sell to the highest bidder. I like the stock taillight better. I paid $100 for the Kuryakyn, I will sell it for much less less. Thanks.
