Default adjust idle

how do i adjust the idle RPM's? it's been rejetted and the idle is sitting at 750-800 rpms and though it will stay running it seems like it wants to die if i don't sit there and blip the throttle. Is there some kind of screw that i can get to to raise the idle to maybe 900 or 1000 rpm's?? I searched my service manual but couldn't find anything.

The idle speed adjustment screw is on the front of the carb (ie: the side towards the front of the bike); it has a spring beneath the screw head.
