Exhaust Flanges
So my bike came with drags. They used the flanges from the orignal pipes for the drags. Now how do I get the flanges back on the stock pipes to put them back on when I do the gronk mod? Orignal exhaust wasn't ground down or anything, so I can't see how they got them off in the first place, let alone how I'm gonna get them back on and how they will hold the pipes in.

Massdog:
There is a snap ring that allows the flange to come off the pipe, pull the flange back toward the pipe end and the snap ring should come out of the flange and also you will see the ridge on the head end of the pipe where the snap ring seats.

I just clipped a small set of vise grips on one end or the clip....That kept the clip from flying across the way.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have to get something else before making the swap.
