Default Deuce wheels on XL?

One of my MSF instructors is a smokin' hot lady who rides a Deuce (and has a sporty, too), Got WCC wheels on it, and said she wants to give up the original wheels. Rear is solid disc, and front is 21" spoke. Would the rear wheel fit an XL once you swap the pulley and rotor to the correct side? Her's is most likely belt drive, what would it take to fit my chain drive? What about the front. Is a Deuce a wide glide, or same 39mm as XL? I have a 19" wheel, now, I'm sure my fender wouldn't fit the 21", though...or would it?

i've asked the 17" rear wheel question a few times, but can't get a straight answer... from what i've found, the '00+ sportster wheels interchange with '00-'02 softtails, while '03+ softails use their own wheel... but deuce wheels r the same from '00-present... so they don't seem to interchange with other softail models... its all a mystery... the front wheel won't work, the wide glide front end uses different wheels than the narrow glide... i just noticed urs is a '99, so none of the '00+ wheels will fit urs...

According to the part catalogue for the 04 Sporties the front fender is the same on all models so I read that as a 21" wheel will fit on a bike that came with a 19" as standard and vice versa.

fender yes...hub width no. The deuce is a wide glide, so you would have to lace it to a stock hub. As far as the rear wheel. Bolt on know, but I am certain with some creative thinking it could be adapted.
