Default what year is this frame

I have a frame with no vin on frame. It has a casting number on web by steering tube its a logo or something ''ME" and 47587-52A
then on engine top mount stay it has a looks like small logo MF then 47661-52
then at bottom near swingarm mount it has 47650 i can't see if there are more since I noticed after I put it together.

How can I figure out the year?

Picture? VIN? There are two basic frame styles, within those two groups there are many differences in brackets and such.

The numbers on the forgings mean nothing.

The year and month are located on the seat tab on the right side of the frame.
