I've got about 40,200 miles on my 94. Runs like a champ.

56,000 and is starting to get some blowby on the rear cylinder. Did overhaul the tranny 3 years ago due to a stripped main shaft. Never ever buy a cheap front sprocket! Only had the engine covers off to change cams and fix leaky gaskets.

I've "only" got 36k on my 91, purchased last August. Previous owner had it for 15 years, claimed engine had never been apart, and I believe him.
I had the primary cover off to install a new (shorter) clutch cable to go with the new lower handlebars (had mini-apes on it when I bought it).
AFAIK, engine has not had anything replaced except for sparkplugs, filters, and since I bought it, air cleaner and exhaust.

A guy at my local bike hangout just traded in a Sportster for a Buell. He had 124k unrebuilt. That is the highest I have heard.

My Yucca Valley problem wasn't motor related it was wiring harness. I would highly NOT recommend HUCHINSON HD in Yucca Valley. The more I talked with them the less I trusted them, Effie never even rolled through their service doors, I never gave them her key. They have posted $140 for an oil change.
However on the way home the crankshaft bearing?? On the flywheel assembly went out. Should not have failed, just did. Last day of a 4.8K mile trip she breaks down 266 milles from home.
Odometer mileage was 126,269 miles. Here she is the last few feet she moved on the original motor.
My dealership here, who I absolutely love, Central South Harley Davidson in Olathe KS called the HD customer service line to ask about VIN numbers on a new motor, one of many options we were discussing. Harley corporate decided they wanted to pay for an original motor rebuild. Me and the dealership were both shocked. No warranty on the bike.
She is back on the road now with 400 miles on the rebuilt motor. Never looked for Buell motors. Did look at VRods & Honda ST1100 & 1300s.

That's great to hear about HD customer service - they often get a bad rap from disgruntled owners, but here is one time we should shout to the hill tops that they did the right thing for a SERIOUS customer!
