End of August. As soon as I get the adapters built up, and run on a bike for at least a week. Then I will ship them. You can order now.

Thanks for all the compliments, and feedback!

Justin

SWEET!! Got this tach about a week ago. NICE!! Easily visible during daylight. Went for a ride last night, and it was not distracting AT ALL. (I was concerned it might be too bright at night)

To me, a tach is something not used very often, but really nice when you want the specific information it offers. This tach fits the bill. Doesn't occupy lotsa real estate . . . just lets ya know what ya wanna know!

On the downside: The "suitcase" connectors for attaching the wiring sucked. Or, as I suspect, my inexperience using such connectors sucked!! As I attached the Tach, I suspect that I pushed the incoming wire from the tach itself too far through the suitcase connector. Once I attempted to pinch it down with pliers in such a condition, I basically ruined the connector. Pulled the wire back to compensate, but the connector was already totaled. Wouldn't snap together no matter what I did. Where the heck do ya get another one of these things!!

Anyway, I was too excited about getting the tach and trying it out, so I just wrapped the crap out of it with electrical tape to keep the connector closed tight. Obviously, I coulda soldered it as well. Any electrical upgrade is gonna require some splicing, so this isn't really a valid criticism of Speedway's tach!

I feel like I spent too much time explaining the one problem that I had installing this tach -- believe me, I don't wanna do that 'cause this thing is awesome!!!

Thanks Justin!!!!!

Any word on a video of this running? I'm still interested in seeing it working.

Thanks,

Certainly it will, the only problem you will have is how long will it be before you shake it off the bike.
