I'm assuming by "dumper" you mean damper. If so check these out.

May I ask why you are planning to get a damper? High speed wobble?

There are several things you should probably check before dropping $$ on one. Tire pressure, rear wheel alignment, fork oil levels, wheel balance. I get a bit of wobble up around 120-130, I mostly have one for insurance. Honestly they sort of just put a band aid on the real problem.

Hope this helps

Sorry Steering Damper

my bike has no problems

but when I put the handlebars (clip ons)
my bike suffers every little road bumps (low speed wobble)

and the state of Italian roads is very bad

I don't want to buy already made
but get one used by a street (race) bike

The total stroke will depend somewhat on how and where it's mounted.

Here's my Storz unit

That should be plenty...when you install it, just make sure you have some travel left at both extremes so you aren't bottoming it out!
