I totally agree! What model(s) regulator do you recommend as a replacement? Do you know how many amps this V-Twin conversion kit puts out?

The alternator comes with a H1686 regulator rectifier rated for 22 amps. Acell puts out a USA made replacement, p/n 201118B.
