I have Alloy Art fender strut LED's mounted on the end of the strut frames that are my brake lights and blinkers.

Those strut LEDs are awesome!! Do they fit the strut without cutting it like you did? Are they easy to wire up?

I've got a Sparto light on my 48 with the plate mounted to it, I used litz n bolts to mount the plate thus solving the problem!

Just use a set of these...They're license plate bolts with a little white LED in them. Pretty clean and will light up your plate as required.

yep, the led strut lights mount onto the back of the strut plates. They are a 2 wire set up. you just run the wires to the turn signal module that is under the seat. I cut the ends off of my strut plates so I could run the wires more internally. You don't have to cut them though to mount them up.

Whats the overall dimensions of it? Is it a vented cap or sealed? Debating mounting it horizontally on the swingarm or vertically on the front down tube.

Also, is it a quick disconnect or do you need tools to remove it?

Thanks!
Hey hutch..... It bolts on with a butterfly nut... So u can remove it by hand. The cap is sealed also not vented. The height is 14.5 " from the top of the cap to bottom. Its 3" wide also. Solid build also...that thing isnt leaking or moving. Hope that helps.

God i wish people would stop buying the short shots and the cheesy screaming eagle intake. The shit looks ugly, performs like crap and makes yalls forty eights look like everyone elses. I wish more people read this forum before they let the stealer sell them crap parts that they sell to everyone.

BTW when i say performs like crap what i mean is you leave plenty of HP and torque behind when you let harley do there $1500 run of the mill stage 1

I have two buddies both of whom payed for the stage 1 and hours of dyno time, just so they could get smoked by a newbie like me
