Exclamation 2001 Blast seal between clutch & tranny

I need to put a seal were the clutch line runs into the tranny case. Can anyone tell me what would of caused this to go bad? Also does anyone know the part # or even what the seal is called. I been looking for hours in forums online shops etc and I am stumped. I bought the thing with this problem and got a good price on it just need to get the kinks worked out. Please help a girl out It's a 2001 Buell Blast any help appriciated.
