2 changes I would make to it but only because I have a wla is...

I would make a manifold to hang the carb out the left side of the bike, and I would kick start it so I could cut the starter hump off the primary so the piramary looks more like it should but other than that , its a nicely done bike, looks real good to me

I'll give it the "I'll ride it" seal of approval

Hi Flathead !
i have worked a very-long time on th carb-problem .
and this is what i found :

okay : this can be done .
this can be done with an intake-pipe in two parts ; coz the screws to hold the Y-pipe on the heads will be very-very-difficult in access .
lot of hours to do this .
the "where-the-hell will-i do to HOLD TIGHT the carb" - problem is not yet resolved .

but "sopratutto" ( most of all ) :
what can-i do NOW with the UGLY hole on the right side , if i put my carb on the left ?????? ( hole is "housing for carb" , in the heads )

that's why i let it fall and keep my carb on the right .

it's more easy for me to build a RIGHT oil bath air filter + its RIGHT carb-elbow
than moving the carb on the left side

and about the kick :
believe-me :
i have EEEEEEE-NOUGH kicked in my life .

now : it's "push-button-POWER" !!!!

thanks a lot for your seal-of-approval !
