Default Gator Glass has anyone used it

I am looking at going with the company gatorcustom and having them install their product Gator Glass on my rear fender. I was wondering if anyone has it on their bike and how they like it. I see on the website that a lot of people use it on the back fender, but I was just worry about having glass back there and rocks popping up and hitting it. I am looking at using it as a fix to the hole from where the ECM was on the fender. I am going with a springer seat and already have a custom paint job and didn't want to have to weld or cut on the fender. Thanks

Just found this. It looks like it's a paint that you light up with LED's to illuminate a logo or picture. It's not actually glass cheri0183, just a paint process and I would think stand up to anything that any paint would. You would have to repair the hole just like any paint.

I do have to say though, the sites don't give all that much info on this.

Just got off the phone with the company and I think I will pass on the idea all together. They gave me a price quote of around $1200 and thats just a piece on the rear fender.

Im still not sure what it is because when I asked them about the product and what they do, the responce was they don't get into the details of the science and mechanics of their work. I wasn't very impressed with the customer service or the price. On to a new plan of fixing the ECM hole.
