Default paint scheme

Has anyone out there done a Halo paint scheme? I have some ideas but don't know how realistic they are. Thoughts?? Ideas??

I did once on a R/C car mimicked a warthog. but not on a sporty. A ghost themed bike would be kinda cool of you like purple.

Nice. I think you are right about a ghost theme. Although I think a CanAm Spyder body may do it better justice. I think I may have to get an extra set of tins to begin testing.

Have you tried visiting a local custom shop and talking about it? Just remember the more detail the more the cost. Don't forget about prep, clearcoat and finish time too. Other costs involved in a paint job.

Not yet. I don't have the money for a custom shop. Was thinking of trying to make my own stencils and such and practicing on some not so perfect tins till I get it right.

if you did the wart hog colors it would just look like a run of the mill military mock bike. wouldn't it? Unless you did the camo with a air brushing on the tank. then it would be more of an ode too theme. right?

this would go well with it.

That works. The adhesion starts in the prep work, without good prep your tape will peel your work right back off. Remember to let things dry as you go, don't build up your paint to fast on humid/cool days. Good luck.
