I did once on a R/C car mimicked a warthog. but not on a sporty. A ghost themed bike would be kinda cool of you like purple.

Have you tried visiting a local custom shop and talking about it? Just remember the more detail the more the cost. Don't forget about prep, clearcoat and finish time too. Other costs involved in a paint job.
if you did the wart hog colors it would just look like a run of the mill military mock bike. wouldn't it? Unless you did the camo with a air brushing on the tank. then it would be more of an ode too theme. right?
That works. The adhesion starts in the prep work, without good prep your tape will peel your work right back off. Remember to let things dry as you go, don't build up your paint to fast on humid/cool days. Good luck.
