Thanks for all the kind words you guys! I'm trying to do the best I can on this thing. After I scored that piston. I had to take a step back.

Ohhh yeah, subscribed. Your bike is going
to be a screamer. And that pinion tool
totally rocks!

I agree with the meticulous part. I am not even sure how to be that meticulous with my bike. You would be mortified if you saw the less sophisticated methods I employ. The tool you made is a beauty. I would have made triple trees and all kinds of other beautiful billet parts with the skills it took to make the tool.

AWESOME Write up!!
I have a couple of questions...
I too have the same setup as you did before all this. But I need to tune it better as I only got 73hp and 66tq vs your 80hp/79tq. So which baffle were you running in the Caliber pipes? Mine came with a 1"3/4 and 2". My #'s were with the smaller baffle.
Next Q, why the swap from the TC88a to the IST? I thought they were the same thing just different labeling.
Oh I almost forgot, last Q, why the new heads? Yours were just as good as base units as the Buels.

Yea, the piece (Jim's) sales stripped the first time I used it. I would be more than willing to give you some cash for the tool you made.
Your doing a very good job with your build!!

Thanks!
I don't know which baffle is in my pipe. My pipe only came with one baffle. I'll see if I can measure it. Keep in mind not all dynos are created equal too.
The IST is not a TC88A. Check out this thread, a lot of good info in there.
I bought the used heads so I could ride my bike while they were being machined.
