Do you have a multimeter or test light? Since you have made so many changes we need to start tracing power to make sure everything is working correctly or try to find what was wired wrong / pinched / etc etc.
Have you checked for spark at the spark plugs?

I switched back to the stock starter switch & wired it up turned the key & now I hear the fuel pump engage. I am going to solder the connection & try to find a nice place on the frame to hide it away. I will keep you posted. I have checked for spark & that's positive. I also have a light to try to trace back each spot that has current.

You still looking for help MF? What exactly is happening? Is the fuel pump running? Does the bike's engine turn over? What lights are you getting with the key in accessory and on?

Yes any help would be appreciated. When to accessory no lights @ all, then I turn the key to ignition I hear the fuel pump cycle, all lights are activated, headlight brake light remaining turn signals. Then when I go to turn the bike on I hit the start switch & nothing.
The bike has been sitting for about a month without being ridden since I have been working on it. Could it be a lack of juice from the battery? Also, I rewired the switch run/off I made sure was grey wire & white/black. Start button is black/red & white black.

Yeah, first step is to make sure you have a fully charged battery. Otherwise we could be chasing things that ultimately lead to not enough juice coming out of the battery.
FYI...when the key is in the accessory position you should have turn signals and brake lights....along with the horn at least with the stock wiring.

Up until yesterday even the headlight was on when in the accessory position & now nothing. I am going to pull the battery & take it down to get tested since I do not have the capability to do it here. I will keep you posted.

Yeah....headlight shouldn't be on until the ignition is switched to "on".
