New Samson Exhaust Powerflow III 2-1
so i pulled the trigger on a new 2-1 exhaust for my 1200...
I found a glitch on thier website that was in my favor they said they would HONOR the glitch! so i got the A-171 (84dB) baffle swapped out for free... (i have been looking for a quiet baffle 2-1 for my bike i'm tired of the LOUD SE II's) the pipes are on back order but it should be shipped out in about 2 weeks!!!
I will post up pictures and a sound clip of it running when i get it and get it installed
here is a sound clip of it with the "race baffle" and the 84dB baffle
Regular
84dB

Sounds nice, even with the decibel killer. That pipe looks hideous on that switchback, way too short.

Agreed! But the sound is good! And should be quiet enough to blend in and not get tickets!

Update: 7-24
I have been emailing jenifer uribe at Samson exhaust she had been a real pleasure to deal with. She has answered all my questions and had even gotten me the inside info on how their exhaust building works and there chrome supplier.
It looks like everything is going smooth and I should take deliver by next week.. About Friday or maybe the following Monday!
Which is plenty of time before street vibrations, Reno, NV
Also they where very kind about swapping the dB killer baffle and said that normally the pipe comes with the 2in baffle and that if I wanted I could purchase that at another time.

So tomorrow my wife is going to the Harley dealer and buying me some exhaust gaskets! Then when the exhaust arrives I will be getting some o2 sensor plugs at the local auto parts store.
I already dis assembled the stock exhaust so the bike is ready for the new one! My SEII'S are starting to rattle and fall apart this is a much needed upgrade!

8-3
I got my tracking # and my exhaust will be here mid day on Monday! (ups)
My wife is picking up the exhaust gaskets but I am having some trouble locating some o2 sensor plugs? (locally) any idea's what should I be looking for at the hardware store?
* the guy at the muffler shop said he would give me 2 flush mount Allen exhaust o2 sensor plugs for free! I send him a lot of business!*
