Need to borrow vid cams to document the salt experience - GOPRO would be perfect!
ok, so when i got this idea of running the salt in my head i scoured the internet for videos.
of course i found highlights and record runs and some cool pit interviews but what i was looking for is guidance on what to expect as a rookie.
what do i need for a good pit, what is teching going to be like, what happens before and after runs... generally a boring documentary of what it means and what it takes to make a run at the great white dyno.
oh, yeah, and helmet and dash cams for the runs 
i am at less than zero funds wise so i cannot purchase camera(s).
if any one or two people can see fit to send their GOPRO or similar i will put them to good use and warrantee they get returned in the shape they were sent to me or be replaced.
it would really be a shame not to document the experience for other people.
anyway, if this is going to happen, cameras have to be shipped priority mail tomorrow, tuesday august 21 to have any chance of getting here thursday. they may even take until friday and i was expecting to leave in the morning but i would wait for the mail in the afternoon if cameras are on the way.
please PM me ASAP if this is something you might be willing to do.. |

if i can.. but a whole lot of 'future' donations already got spent today when i outfitted the pit today. i totally let that slip my mind when working on budget... so i am $400 into my reg and class fees already..
