Slight mistake........season with a LOT of Garlic!!!!  
Another great method is slice the breasts into about 3/8" thick by 1 or 2 " long pieces.....coat with "Shore Lunch" fish batter.....deep fry @ about 325-350 for about 2 minutes or so........and they are quite tasty! If they aren't red/pink.....they're overcooked!
