Rake Kits, Kicked out front end

Has anyone had any experience with these rake kits? I called and talked to the guy who makes/sells these, but it is tough to tell if they are a good buy. Do you think they will degrade the performance of the bike? How do the parts sound?

If they are in fact TUV certified. The parts have been through some serious testing. TUV (Europe) is equal to or better than being DOT certified. From what I have read if it passes TUV it will pass DOT with flying colors. Pricing seems a little steep though.
